Serra Blaine is a Paradise resident, Registered Nurse, Navy veteran, mother, and homeschooler. She and her family chose to return to Paradise because they believe in this community and its future.
Serra is running for Paradise Town Council with a focus on listening to residents, strengthening local opportunity, supporting responsible growth, and preserving what makes Paradise home.
